This page lists every address we send email from, what we send, and what we will never ask you to do, so you can check any message that claims to come from SynoPower Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our sending addresses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every email from us comes from an address ending in exactly <strong>@synopower.club<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>support@synopower.club<\/strong> &#8211; order confirmations, license key delivery, account and password emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>hello@synopower.club<\/strong> &#8211; confirmations of messages sent through our contact form, and our replies to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>coupon@synopower.club<\/strong> &#8211; review coupons you requested on a product page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Look closely at the part after the @. Addresses such as synopower-club.com, synopower.support or synopowerclub@gmail.com are not ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we send, and when<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order emails<\/strong> &#8211; only after you place an order: order received, order complete with your license key, and refund notices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account emails<\/strong> &#8211; when you create an account at checkout, or when you ask to reset your password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact form confirmations<\/strong> &#8211; a copy with a subject like &#8220;SynoPower #1234 : Product Inquiry&#8221;, sent only after someone submits our contact form with your address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive one of these without having done anything on our site, someone else may have typed your address into a form. See <a href=\"\/nb\/docs\/email-bombing-contact-form-synology-nas\/\">E-postbombing via et kontaktskjema: Hva vi l\u00e6rte av hosting p\u00e5 Synology<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we will never do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask for your password, by email, chat or phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask for card details by email. Payment only happens on our checkout page, through Stripe or PayPal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask you to pay by bank transfer to a new account, gift cards or cryptocurrency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send your license key from an address outside @synopower.club.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send attachments that you need to run or install.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are not sure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hover over links before clicking. Genuine links go to https:\/\/synopower.club.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not reply to the suspicious message.
