These terms of use (“Site Terms“) apply to your access to, and use of, the website of SynoPower Club. (“SynoPower Club“, “we“, “our“, or “us“), located at synopower.club (the “Site“), excluding sites under their own terms of use. These Site Terms do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with SynoPower Club, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, for products, services or otherwise. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Site Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify Synology for violations of these Site Terms by you or others on behalf of such entity.

Delivery & Return

After completing your payment, you will instantly receive the Synology license code via email. Please note that each license can only be activated on one Synology NAS device. Your Synology device license (also known as Synology Surveillance Station license, Synology Camera license, Synology Surveillance license) and MailPlus license can be transferred and come with a lifetime upgrade subscription. The Virtual DSM license has a 3-year update period. SynoPower Club offers a 30-day return policy, applicable only to unactivated Synology licenses (SynoPower Club Warranty & Return).

Legal Authorization for Website Use

By entering and using this website, you agree to the system monitoring for legitimate or other purposes. Any unauthorized use of this website may result in criminal prosecution or fines.

You may need a SynoPower Club Account to access certain features or services. Keep your password and account details confidential, as you’re responsible for all activities under your account. Notify SynoPower Club immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches. SynoPower Club is not liable for losses from unauthorized account use, but you may be responsible for losses incurred by others. You may not use another person’s account without their explicit permission.

Payment Services 

When making a purchase through the SynoPower Club website, you may be required to provide certain details related to your payment, such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. By providing this information, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the payment method you have selected and that the details you provide are accurate and complete.

You agree that SynoPower Club is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the submission of false or incorrect information. Your payment may involve the transfer of your details to third-party processors to facilitate the transaction. SynoPower Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to issues like product or service availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

All fees stated at the time of purchase, including taxes and other charges (such as VAT or sales tax), are included unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any taxes or additional charges that may apply. Currency exchange rates are determined by your payment provider. Reserves the Right

SynoPower Club may add, delete, or modify website information content or change website service functions at any time without prior or further notice to users. SynoPower Club may also revise these Terms of Use at any time and they will take effect immediately upon posting on the website without prior or further notice to users or any liability to users.

Rules to Be Followed by Users

The copyright and all exclusive rights to the website content, including all computer equipment, peripheral systems, servers, all connected networks, and data, information, reports, photos, images, charts, programs, and related storage media such as tapes, disks, hard drives, CDs, and memory cards, are the property of SynoPower Club. Users should comply with the following regulations when entering and using the system and information:

(1) Users shall not use SynoPower Club website computer system, network communication resources, or provided services for illegal activities. Users shall not use the website to engage in any threatening, libelous, harassing, offensive activities against others, or any other criminal acts.

(2) All intellectual property rights of the data and content stored and displayed on SynoPower Club website, including corporate logos, trademarks, and service marks, belong to SynoPower Club. Users shall not attempt to use, access, or use the data or programs stored in the system without authorization. Users shall not transmit, copy, modify, publish, or transmit.

(3) Users shall not engage in any activities that are detrimental to SynoPower Club and may have an adverse impact on the normal transmission of the network.

(4) Users have no rights to SynoPower Club website or the information provided therein. Users shall not use the information or services provided on the website for any other purpose or in any other way.

(5) Users shall not input or upload any computer program paths containing viruses or other programs that intend to damage, interfere with, or reduce the efficiency of SynoPower Club system or network or related service quality to SynoPower Club website.

SynoPower Club website may provide links to other websites. Users acknowledge and agree that SynoPower Club is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or validity of such third-party websites.

Liability for Breach of Contract

If a user violates these Terms of Use or other relevant copyright laws, civil laws, or criminal laws, and causes losses to SynoPower Club or any other third party, the user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused thereby.

Governing Law

These Terms govern the relationship between you and “SynoPower Club.” They constitute a binding agreement between you and SynoPower Club, located at 2F.-5, No. 72, Sec. 1, Zhongxiao W. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., 10007 Taipei, Taiwan (R.O.C). No rights or benefits are conferred to third parties under these Terms.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Any disputes related to these Terms or the Services provided by SynoPower Club will be governed by the laws of Taiwan and adjudicated in the District Court of Taipei, Taiwan.
