A: Yes, you can migrate purchased license keys anytime. However, default free 5 licenses cannot be transferred. 

Steps to Transfer Licenses:

1. Sign in to Your Synology Account:
   • Log in to your Synology Account on the destination NAS.
2. Activate Licenses on the Destination NAS:
   • Launch MailPlus Server on the destination NAS.
   • Navigate to License > MailPlus and enter your license keys.
   • After the migration, the licenses on the source NAS will become invalid.

A: No, Synology MailPlus licenses are tied to the Synology account used during activation. You can not do that by yourself. 

However, you could submit a support ticket, provide the required info and Synology Support could assist that.

A: Synology doesn’t store your license key, so if it’s lost, they won’t be able to help recover it. That’s why it’s crucial to save both the key code and the invoice yourself. When purchasing from SynoPower Club, the key and invoice are automatically emailed to you, making it easy to back up.
