🤔 How do I cancel or change my order?

Once your payment is processed at SynoPower Club, the license key will be delivered immediately via a complete email with invoice. To cancel or request a refund, simply reply to the that order complete mail.
If the license key hasn’t been sent or activated, you will get for a full refund immediately, normally within 3 days.
If your ordered license key is already activated, we will deal with this situation by one special SOP and it is expected to do a fund within 1 week.
