This applies to Surveillance Station and MailPlus licenses. License terms, transfers and refunds
一個： Refunds are issued through Stripe/PayPal and normally land immediately, with an email notification. If you want to check on one, just reply to your SynoPower order email and we will trace it for you.
一個： Once we receive your return or request, allow 3–5 business days for processing. The amount goes back to the same payment method you used, or by international transfer where that is not possible.
一個： You receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and the license key is on the confirmation screen and in that email straight away.
一個： Because the license key is delivered immediately after payment — on screen and by email with the invoice — there is no window in which the order sits unfulfilled.

Virtual DSM is also perpetual, but what it carries is three years of software updates rather than a three-year term. Virtual Machine Manager Pro is the only genuinely time-limited license we sell.
